PERSONAL REFLECTION DOCUMENT

Witness Report

A few words that remain after the screening.

This is not a knowledge test or survey. It is a personal record of the encounter with the work — a quiet reflection document that can be kept as a trace.

This module is the heart of the post-screening experience: first a pause, then a written trace, then the document and optional anonymous archive version.

CENTRAL REFLECTION MODULE

You are not giving a grade. You are preserving a trace.

The Witness Report organises the moment after the screening: silence, question, one sentence and the decision whether to keep the report private or prepare an anonymous archive version.

This tool does not replace the facilitator and does not force one correct answer. It helps the participant name what remains after encountering testimony.

01

Choose a starting point

A quote or guiding thought

You do not start with an empty page. You choose a sentence that opens reflection.

02

Write a few words

One to three sentences

Not a review. Not a summary. Only what truly remains after the screening.

03

Keep it privately

Private PDF

The personal version may include your name. It is generated locally in the browser.

04

Optionally for archive

Anonymous JPG

The archive version contains no name, surname, signature or personal data.

Document character:
The Witness Report is a personal reflection keepsake. It does not certify knowledge, replace a certificate or imply institutional patronage.
Anonymous archive:
The archive JPG version contains no name, surname or signature. You download the file locally and may pass it to the facilitator if it should become part of the static event archive.
Writing ritual: Enable the optional typewriter sound if you want the reflection to feel more focused and material. The sound remains optional and local.
